Aijiren filter vials provide a convenient way to filter samples prior to LC or GC analysis. Filter vials are a fast, economical, and environmentally conscience way to filter samples compared to the alternative, a combination of syringe filters, syringes, autosampler vials, septa, and caps when you only need to filter only enough for analysis.

Will using Aijiren Filter Vials help me save time vs. traditional sample filtration?
Traditional sample preparation requires multiple steps and transfers before the sample is ready for injection. Verex Filter Vials cut your sample preparation down to two steps – simply dispense the sample and compressor filter. In addition, just imagine the extra time you save from not having to order multiple part numbers!
Which filter pore size should I use for my samples?
For HPLC/UHPLC columns packed with ≤3 μm chromatographic media, a Verex Filter Vial with a 0.2 μm filter membrane is recommended. Filter membranes with a 0.2 μm pore size provide an effective barrier against unwanted particulates entering the system flow path. This reduces column plugging, leading to longer column lifetimes and increased system uptime.
For HPLC columns with ≥4 μm chromatographic media, a Verex Filter Vial with 0.45 μm filter membrane is recommended.
